Just looking for some thoughts on this

I am on my third month of TCC. I am using natural cycles for basal body temperature and clear blue ovulation sticks. I have noticed the last couple of cycles the clear blue will show a smiley face around cycle day 14 or 15, but basal body temperature won’t rise until cycle day 20 or 21. Should I be concerned about this affecting my ability to conceive? How accurate are clear blue ovulation kits? I have stage 3 endometriosis, would this impact this? Any thoughts, stories or advice much appreciated, thanks in advance

I'm not an expert on BBT (nor endometriosis) but I don't think this in itself is a major worry. You could be ovulating a couple of days after clearblue first detects your LH surge and it can then take a few days for temperature to rise for some women.
