Anyone not get EWCM?

I'm onto cycle 10 of ttc#3 (positive OPK yesterday, pain today & a big temperature drop - I'm pretty sure I'm close to ovulating). In all those cycles I haven't had one day with EWCM.

I had 7dpo progesterone done last cycle and it showed I ovulated (41nmol/l) but no EWCM. I'm not dry at all - CM around ovulation is wet & slippery but not profuse & certainly doesn't stretch (my dr said the best quality CM will stretch more than 10cm ).

I've tried EPO, green tea, vitex, B complex, guiaifenesin & we used preseed this month.

Is it even possible to conceive with no EWCM? Is there anything else I can try?

I think on Fertility Friend it says that not everyone will get EWCM, and for some women the very wet and slippery CM is still fertile.

Are you checking internally or externally? The only time I'm really sure it's EWCM is when I check internally with two fingers and pinch off a bit of whatever's right at the cervix (while bearing down a little). TMI everyone?

I've been checking internally - right up at my cervix & there's nothing. It's so frustrating when I conceived my dd & ds I've had masses - I'm sure it's not helping this time around.

londonlottie my dh hates the preseed too - says it's too slippery - I've only been using half the tube each time.

I might try the grapefruit juice next cycle.

I've got an EWCM question. I have a 28-day cycle, but this month got gallons of EWCM around day 8 and 9. Did lots of sexing. Then a little bit around day 14, then a load more today - day 18. What the blazes is going on?

I think you can sometimes mistake sperm leaking out for ewcm. or is that just me?

Apparently you can do the semen or EWCM test by gettng a dollop of the stuff (lovely) and dropping it into a cup of water.

EWCM sinks whilst semen balls up & floats (apparently).

I'm sure this stuff was EWCM - very clear, and very stretchy. Apparently, man juice stretches and breaks, whereas EWCM will keep stretching. How lovely.
