Is this pregnancy test taken 6 days before my period the beginning of a bfp or just an evaporation line (and proof that my dreams of a family is just a fairytale😟)?

I really want a family and I know it might be a little early to have taken the test but I just couldn't resist. I've been dreaming of my own little family since I was a little girl but now I'm wondering if it'll just be a dream forever. Am I really seeing something starting or just wishing?

I have to say this is the first time ive seen both lines on MN.
Did you leave it after you done the test or did it come up in the time frame?

Dragonlove96 · 03/06/2024 14:05

It started at the top and then I had to take care of a kitchen problem. Wasn't gone for long but not exactly sure how much time had passed

It could be positive as the very weak line I kind of see is wide. 🤞🏼

Peanutbutterjelly123 · 03/06/2024 14:45

Could be the start of your positive 🤞 if you get the clear blue early they are more sensitive than these so would most likely show up on there :)

Commonsense22 · 03/06/2024 15:26

OP this particular test is a) very sensitive. Although not marketed as an early one it outperforms the early ones often in that area.
B) sadly known for occasionally displaying a cross with a thick blue line that looks like a bfp when it's not.

The bottom line is

  • you are not seeing or imagining things. There is a line.
  • it's neither the time to get over-excited nor overdespondent. It could be an early positive or an unlucky test that is confusing.

The wait is hard.
