Implantation bleeding

Pinching back pain yesterday that almost took my breath away for 15 mins or so, spotting when wiping then clear again all day. Later in the evening twinges in my pelvic region, back ache again and spotting back!

Could this be implantation bleeding? Does the spotting tend to coincide with cramping?

I had this yes.. spotting first and then spotting and cramping together.. .but you will only know with a pregnancy test. Good luck (if it's what you want)!
