Worried HCG levels

please can I ask for your help.
I had what I thought was my last period on the 17th April. - on the 15th May I had bloods that came back as 3.41 HCG and then started bleeding (thought I was getting my period bled for 3 days) Friday 17th May but I already had bloods for repeating and went to the appointment which came back as 4.65.
The GP told me about this on 23rd said there was a slight rise and it maybe worth repeating a pregnancy test the day after 24th as would have been a week since this result.
the test digital came back as positive 1-2 weeks on clear blue.
on Tuesday 28th I took another clear blue digital which says 2-3 weeks pregnant. I also had bloods that night privately which came back as 225 HCG and then the following morning my GP requested I attend and have bloods taken which came back as 310 (16 hours after the previous ones).
on scan they obv cannot see anything - I am waiting for the registra to call me back.
I don’t know what to think.
does anyone think this is good? I have no idea how far along I am or anything.

Hi OP.

The numbers you've quoted seem fine to me, although without knowing exactly when you ovulated it's hard to be certain.

Are you being referred for a scan? Once you're eight weeks, you should be able to see if the baby has a heartbeat.

So that's in two weeks time.

The bleeding on 15th May could have been implantation.

The OBYGN rang me this morning and said so far everything seems ok. She said she will repeat my bloods tomorrow at the same time and if they have gone up by 60% then it’s classed as a healthy pregnancy.

so I think tomorrow if they are up to 495 that would be good. She said if it’s good and goes up she will leave me for a week and then possible scan and repeat bloods again to make sure.

keeping fingers crossed. She seemed very reassuring.

I have had 5 previous before in the past.

Oh I'm sorry. I had a lot of losses myself. It makes you anxious, doesn't it?

It's so worrying! Im sorry to hear that, you have been through the same. I'm just praying tomorrow the bloods come back good.

Today I am feeling nauseous so I am hoping this is a sign things are going well :)

Four, and they're all grown up now.

That's lovely - I think this one will be my last one :)

Update: I got told today the baby is ectopic. My HCG Levels got to over 3300 but was suboptimal with nothing in my uterus.
