Moderate Bleeding and painful one sided cramps 8 DPO

What do you think...

I've been TTC for about 7 months now.

For the last two days, I've had cramps all on one side on and off, strong enough to wake me up in the night but solved easily with some painkillers. Not in the usual place as my normal period, which is felt all over lower abdomen, often into my legs. I get them pretty bad! That's been accompanied by moderate bleeding, which I wouldn't call light but not as heavy as my actual period. Sorry if TMI but basically needed a two pads a day. It was light pink/brown/red and a few little clots but again, not like my usual period.

The pain has now subsided although I can still feel a few twinges on the left side. The bleeding has stopped. My period isn't due until next Monday 3rd June.

I've taken a few pregnancy tests, all negative. No faint lines.

Just to throw something else into the mix. Last cycle, I took Provera the period delay tablet for a few days whilst I was on holiday. I stopped taking it and had my normal period. That ended on the 12th May. Surely it can't be another period, just two weeks later?

Anyone else had moderate/heavyish bleeding before they found out they were pregnant? Or experiences like this with Provera?

Implantation is very light color and mostly only when wiping and no clots. I think this was an odd period.

I think you're probably right @emmatcc1! I am going to take a test when I'm meant to be due for my period next week but seems like just an odd period! I'll let you know if it's not! Such a tricky guessing game.
