Multiple LH peaks in one cycle

Help me please I’m losing my mind trying to work this out!

My previous cycles in 2024 have been between 25 and 29 days long. Most of the time there has been 1 peak or a few peaks over a short amount of time. This cycle is completely different. I’ve had four peaks over a longer period of time.

I’ve had previous blood work that says everything is normal aside from my testosterone level being slightly raised. I’ve also had internal ultrasounds which were completely normal.

Which peak do you think is the peak I ovulated after?
Why do you think this has happened or what causes this?

Please leave comments and share your knowledge and experiences, I’m trying so hard to understand what’s going on..

I do have a referral to a gynae fertility clinic but no appointment date yet.

Can happen in pcos patients

Best to get your shbg
And free androgen tested

Blood tests
From NHS gp

If your shbg is low
And free androgen high - can be pcos

@worldwidetravel2017 I've had blood work done by my GP and all results came back normal aside from slightly high testosterone. However, she was not concerned by this at all.

Testosterone goes up and down at different points in your cycle anyway.

Did the blood work include shbg
And free androgen ?
