Essentially normal volume of sentences in a single ejaculate, sperm count is a bit low (39 mil per ejaculate would be normal, his is less than 22), normal sperm motility but reduced percentage of normal morphology (4%+ is normal, his is 3%).
So it's not a normal sentence analysis, but he does still have a fair number of normal, motile speed so yes, pregnancy absolutely is possible even if it might be a bit more difficult than if everything was perfect. I hope it happens naturally for you, but if you end up needing ivf you've got plenty to work with there.
