From what i can interpret it seems like the most of the sperm tests are normal except for the morphology- which is high abnormal.

Morphology refers to the size and shape of the sperm.

It's down to the clinician to explain what might be giving rise to the abnormal sperm, and what can be done to promote more normal sperm morphology.

If wait and speak to your clinician, abnormal morphology is pretty common.

They don’t make it easy to understand do they!

I hope it’s helpful to know my DH also had 1% and then 0% normal morphology but he turned it around in just 3-6 months.

4% and above is considered normal, and his last test results were 5% which we were over the moon about.

Our fertility doctor recommended taking a supplement called Impryl which I think made a huge difference. He also cut right back on alcohol, switched to decaf tea, stopped drinking protein shakes, slept without his boxers to keep cool, ate lots of nuts and fish with a predominantly Mediterranean diet. This didn’t apply to him, but cycling, having hot baths or saunas and smoking can also have a negative impact.

Wishing you so much luck and I hope it’s comforting to know that the results can be turned around in 3 months - well worth the lifestyle changes if needed x
