TWW symptom spotting!

Hi all,

I guess I'm looking for some validation that my crazy symptom spotting could lead to a BFP 😂

I am currently about 8dpo. I normally get tender breasts around ovulation but it disappears after a day or two, however this time it's a lot more painful, even now, and my breasts feel heavy. My partner even said they look huge.

I am aware this is an AF symptom as well, and more than likely that's what it is 😂 and I won't know until I test.....

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing anything different to normal in their TWW or had breast tenderness as a first sign of pregnancy? Or is it too early??

I get sore boobs around AF but I had a BFP last month (chemical) and my boobs were on FIRE! It hurt to walk. I imagine 8dpo is too early but apparently another symptom is larger nipples! But something to keep an eye on!

I’ve had some slightly more cm than usual, but otherwise nothing of note and I’m 8dpo today too! Everything I feel I’m thinking ooo could it be related to pregnancy. It’s a nightmare I need to stop symptom spotting but it’s so hard in the tww!!

Am 8dpo today myself, been feeling today nausea after meals and walking and bloating today. I have felt tired and nausea at 6dpo and maybe a little cramp. Normally by this point my boobs are sore but not had nothing since 3 dpo as got some after ovulation.

@GreenPickle oh sorry you had a chemical 💕 I've never even had a squint of a line so I can't imagine how disheartening it must feel when you finally get one and it doesn't stick 😔

That's interesting though about your boobs being on fire. That's a good way to explain it, I feel like I need to wear a support bra and I don't have the biggest boobs 😂

@NightOwl23 I know we all say it but it really is so hard not to symptom spot!
When is your AF due? I am due next Wednesday.

I've had some cramping too, which isn't completely unusual for me so I'm trying not think too much into that. CM has been a little creamier than usual (tmi sorry) but I don't know what that means 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yea am confused previous cycles by around cd23/cd24 I get sore boobs not this time which is odd. I had nausea before one cycle which I think may have been a chemical as thought I got a line on test next day nothing. I was late and had couple of days of spotting before my af arrived. Nausea isn’t normal pms symptom unlike sore boobs which is a normal for me. Tww is so hard. Due AF on Monday as my luteal phase is normally 11 or 12 days. Praying this is the cycle, been ttc since November.

I’m due on the 26th according to natural cycles as I tend to have a shorter luteal phase. I’m going to try and hold off testing and wait for AF to come as it’s so disappointing otherwise! I have pcos and adenomyosis so chances of natural conception are lower than rest so I’m not very hopeful but always helpful to try and stay positive when I can!
Ive also had twinges and mild cramps which isn’t unusual for me either 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hi!! Wanted to jump in and say I’ve had something really similar this month, usually my boobs are more swollen and tender by now pending AF but this month they don’t seem anywhere near as big or painful, maybe very mildly bigger and slightly tender so who knows!? X

@Firsttime0727 thank you! We got back straight away trying this cycle! My OPKs have been all over the place so I don’t even know what DPO i am (if I even ovulated)😂 I’m hoping it sticks though! When do you plan on testing?

Trying to hold off testing till my af is late. Due Monday, am away this weekend so weren’t take test with me that way I can’t test. Fly away on Monday as well so not sure whether to take test with me and if I end up late test

I've been pregnant twice (both losses) and had absolutely no symptoms at all in the TWW for either pregnancy.

I had a D&C 9 weeks ago and my cycle is still possibly out of whack as I've struggled to determine ovulation this month and I'm now having some bright red blood when I wipe on what is supposedly 5DPO. If I did ovulate, I think it would have been around that time, so who knows?

I had a mega headache when out for dinner during my TWW. I tested the next day at 10dpo as it was really out of the ordinary for me and low and behold I was pregnant. Other than that I had no premenstrual or pregnancy symptoms - in fact the absence of premenstrual symptoms was a bit of a sign for me as well. Lots of cramping followed in early pregnancy. We're all so different and it's so hard not to symptom spot!

Now I have a 19 month old and TTC #2.

I find it fascinating how we are all so different in our normal symptoms leading up to AF. I can't believe some of you deal with this boob ache every month 😂
{mention:GreenPickle}@NightOwl23 I'm normally pretty good at holding off testing and wait until day before or day of AF, but because of this new symptom of my boobs hurting I came home, ran upstairs to do a test but don't have any!! 😫 probably for the best though! I will try and wait until Tuesday.......🤞🏼

@Firsttime0727 waiting is probably best. I added some cheap tests into my Amazon basket but promised myself to wait until after AF is due this month to test… tempting though 😂 I’m sort of glad I don’t know what DPO I am because then I’m forced to wait!

9dpo, still feeling the nausea but nothing else really. Maybe have slight sore nipples but not noticing my boobs as I normally would at this point. Had lots of back pain yesterday afternoon which again isn’t a normal af don’t think it’s due to my walk to work with rucksack as didn’t have any pain before my luteal phase. So yea nausea and back pain are not my normal pms and am lacking my normal sore boobs at this point in cycle with being due af on Monday

Haha well I did order some tests to arrive tomorrow so I will probably end up testing then, by which point I will be 10dpo.....

I too was a little nauseous this morning and had a bit of what I think was heartburn.
Boobs are still really sore and getting sharp pains/twinges. I would be worried if it was one boob but the fact it's both is reassuring me it must be hormonal (praying it's not just AF though!).

Just did a test and it literally could not be anymore negative. Not oven a hint of an evap. Stark white!! I know it's still early and not fmu but my tests just arrived in the post and I couldn't resist.
I feel like it's never going to happen for me 😢

am 10dpo today, not tested at all yet but I am away from home. Last night my boobs got really sore, still feeling nausea just as much. No appetite at all, but still eating due to what am doing this weekend. Headache and generally feeling right. Think I had implantation spotting earlier a little brown/pink and slight discharge colour, but it has gone as quickly as it was there. Trying to hold of testing till my af is due.

Don’t give up hope! It will happen one day!

I feel the same, now 10dpo and not feeling really anything, gonna hold off testing as can’t bare the disappointment. Just need to get through next few days until missed AF and see what’s what x

@NightOwl23 I'm just tired of this whole process now, it's so draining isn't it 😞 I'm 11dpo now, AF is due in 3 days. How long have you been trying?

It really is! It’s cycle 5 for us but trying for number 1 but it’s been a really stressful and disappointing process! What about you?

I’m 11dpo too… I should be due tomorrow, I thought I maybe had some increased cm but it seems to have dried up and I’ve got lots of AF symptoms (boobs more sore) and so I think I’m out :(
