Currently TTC number 2 and struggling after getting pregnant fairly easily with number 1 (on cycle 3)!
Thought I'd start a thread so we can all support each other. Anyone else on their TTC journey for number 2? I am currently on cycle 7 and have ruled myself out already as negative pregnancy test at 10DPO. Each month I convince myself that I am pregnant! Experienced a chemical at cycle 3 😩

So I got another very dark line on my opk so either had a long peak or maybe yesterday wasn't as dark as I thought. Yesterday's was definitely darker.
Anyways ... Today's is lighter so I guess ovulation is imminent.
We tried to drs last night but dh wasn't able to finish. He's recently started some meds which are effecting him in this area and I'm trying very hard to remember that this medication is important and he needs it (no alternative at the moment) but I can't help but feel a bit bitter that it's going to effect us getting pregnant.

Going to try again tonight and see how it goes. I'm trying not to let getting anxious about whether or not he will get there effect what is otherwise some bloody good sex 😅🤣

I've just realised the above makes not much sense 🤣🤣
I had a dark opk weds and Thurs. Thursday was darker so that was probably my peak.
Lighter today so tapering off.

And incase anyone cares we dtd again today and hubby was able to finish 🤣🤣🤣
I haven't had a y ovulation pains yet so fingers crossed I'm still in with a chance.

I just did a test at 11dpo and got a positive. I’m tentative but hopeful.

Thankyou. I had a few minor signs that AF might turn up. Slightly sensitive boobs (usually that happens before AF for me), plus a bit bloated.

At 7/8dpo I had a sharp pulling pain in my lower right when I sneezed. Only during those two days and then it didn’t happen after. I have only had that in early pregnancy before. I thought maybe it could be a cyst though. I guess I just needed to remove that small bit of doubt by testing. I wasn’t expecting it to be positive to be honest.

I’m just hoping AF stays away.

Cd18 today and 4dpo.
In crampy and feel bloated like I'm going to get my period and I've had a raging headache all day :(
If AF doesn't show early im going to try holding off testing as long as I can.

@SkaterChick ahhh I'm sorry. 4dpo is still very early. I've been symptom spotting and driving myself crazy this cycle. I have had no chill. I need to do it differently next time.

This is too early to know either way I think as nothing will have happened yet! Try not to overthink it although I know it’s easier said than done! How long after ovulation does AF usually show?

It varies. I was having cycles between 22-26 days and then last month was 30 days or something.
With ovulation around cd 10-14
So af anywhere from 8 days onwards

I seen to get a mix of the pmdd and HG symptoms start around 4 days before I get my period.

I'm CD22 8dpo today.
Still headachy and bloated.
Had some random sharp pains yesterday
Today the tiredness has hit, a big symptom of my pmdd. I'm literally ready to go to bed right now.

@SkaterChick hey! I’m 8dpo too, also exhausted and having cramps haha. fully expecting AF to come next weekend…

I’m only 3dpo today so behind! Feeling meh! Sharp pains might be a sign of implantation? Just looking at the positives hehe!

how is everyone else? How are the pregnant people?

I weirdly have no desire to test at all.
Maybe because of all the disappointment last month?

I've also had wicked heartburn this week. Doubt it's related but it's super annoying !

I also keep having weird twitchy feelings.
You know when a muscle involuntarily twitches? It feels like that expect it feels like it's my overly doing it or something.
If it doesn't calm down I'm debating getting it checked

Yeah I understand that. Maybe see how the next couple of days go then assess whether to take a test! It is disappointment each month isn’t so I feel the same. Just wish we were all pregnant with raging symptoms!

I symptom spot each month and when I have thought I was pregnant I wasn’t!

It carried on late last night and is still going this morning. I've had ovarian cysts before so I'm thinking maybe it's another cysts 😕

I’m now 4+5 but if I’m honest I feel like it might end. Sorry to be pessimistic when I know it’s a battle even to get the positive test. I had a mmc and then DS before. So I’m just picking up lots of signs from my body. Such as when I have the hcg/progesterone in my body from 15dpo onwards I usually wake up at 4am fully ready for the day and it happened in both of the other pregnancies, however this time I’m waking up at 6/7am which is a lot later. I know symptoms can be different it’s just a pattern that makes me think it isn’t high enough this time. I also keep getting mild stomach ache which I never had in the previous two.

Oh hun! I’m sure it will be ok and will keep my fingers and toes crossed that all will be ok! Are you able to call your doctor and see if they can refer you to the early pregnancy unit at all?

I figured 😂🤣 I really hope you don’t have another cyst 😩 if it gets any worse or continues over the next few days you should get it checked out just to be on the safe side!

They don’t help at mine until gone 6 weeks. I will see how the next week goes. If it’s still like this I will see if I can be seen.

I've been so quiet because I'm pretending that I'm not even trying for a baby 🤣

I'm CD23 and DPO10 and pretty sure it hasn't stuck for me this month, I've just got really achy boobs like I did last month and I'm cranky as shit. I've been secretly testing once a day with my first wee as something to do and they're all negative.

Period due on Saturday and after last months meltdown, she's more than welcome to come on time 🤞.

@SkaterChick are you symptoms the same this month as they were last month?

@Blue2020 fingers crossed everything is okay.
I know it's easier said that done but each pregnancy is different so Tou never know what's going on xxx

@beansread different from last month so far. Im exhausted which is usual when my period is due.
No nausea or anything yet.
My nipples have felt tingly today, reminded me of the feeling I'd get before a milk letdown but I'm no longer breastfeeding and there's not really any milk there.
I'm cd23 and 9dpo so I may test tomorrow. We'll see.

Fine here @NattyPeer ☺️ but just in a bit of limbo which I guess is normal for the first bit.

@beansread I was so guilty of the secret testing 🤣 then wrapping it in kitchen roll and shoving to the bottom of the bin 🙈

@Blue2020 really hope it's just different this time round rather than anything being wrong, it definitely could be that.

@SkaterChick hope the symptoms are pointing to a BFP.. not long til testing time I guess, although sometimes that's worse than the waiting bit isn't it ☹️

@LemonBitter after an ADHD hyper focus tidying today I realised I hadn't weed in like 5 hours so took a test and was definitely negative so who knows.

Well I think that's me out, BFN this morning and now spotting and cramping , feel like af is imminent.
