Hi friends!

Bit of a tricky one... so I had a MMC that started on 20th April and bleeding was done after about 5 days. I was 7 weeks, had a negative test about 1.5 weeks later. I had my LH peak on 14th, I've never tracked my ovulation with tests (I'm usually very regular until now)

Does anyone know - do you ovulate at your peak? I had strong tests until 16th early morning I think. Can someone explain better than Google when I probably would have ovulated? I kind of just went in the middle and assumed 15th and counted my days past ovulation from there... I guess it wouldn't matter much if I'm a day or two out but for my own peace of mind I'm trying to do what's best 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've had cramps last night and today, very tender tummy and a lot of niggles so I'm trying to figure out when's best to test since I don't know when my period would arrive as I've not had a normal cycle yet after the MC 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you friends 💛

Forgot to mention, my cycle before MC was 25-28days-ish!

I always assumed the day after my peak, but someone posted this article the other day which shows that most women ovulate just before their peak, during their surge. Based on that, I'd probably say you ovulated on the 14th and to be fair, on reflection I think this is also true of me (based on dates from my previous pregnancy and also my period).

Thank you so much for that! I couldn't find anything about WHEN you'd count from... I guess I know it's different for everyone but that's super helpful, thank you :)
