Implantation Bleeding?

So 11:55pm I went to the bathroom to get ready for bed, I went to toilet and when I wiped I have pink spotting around the since of a 50p (uk) (5dpo) so I thought I had maybe cut myself earlier in the shower (I even went and got a handheld mirror to check) but there wasn’t any cuts, so continued to wipe and there was some more pink spotting (less this time) but there was like one or two bright red tiny specks. Wiped again and then nothing. I have had cramps for the last few hours (similar to ovulation cramps I get but a lot less than period like cramps) - could this have been implantation bleeding?

i know I’ll only find out when I take a test or when period doesn’t show or does show, buts just would like someone to give me a slap and tell me to calm down lol.

we’ve been trying since February 2023 and have never had this.

I had implantation bleeds with two of my four, and sounds identical - weird pink in colour and nothing much. Then nothing thereafter. I don't remember any cramping. You will only know when take a test (and technology has moved on now to some very early tests) or you get your period. The waiting is hard to do I know. I hope for a good result for you xx

@novocaine4thesoul yeah I’ve woke up this morning with absolutely nothing and cramping gone. Just have to wait it out, I’m away for the weekend this week so hopefully an early test will show me a positive on Thursday 9dpo or Friday 10dpo.

I’ve been having something similar, my nexplanon stopped working in March and I knew this because I started ovulating… I rang doctors up to have it took out and replaced because it had been 3 years but they cancelled on me and said they’d be back in touch. I’ve had 2 day heavy flow period March and April but this month I’ve had light spotting with mucas and some brown spotting too that lasted less than 24 hrs and I’m worried it’s implantation bleeding😫 I had implantation bleeding with my first child so now I’m worried I’m pregnant!
