I have extremely regular 28 day cycles usually, and I’m currently on cycle day 32 (16dpo). I’ve been testing daily since about 7dpo, sometimes even twice. I use the easy at home 10miu tests from Amazon and one clearblue digital 6 day early and all negative! Do you think it would have shown up on them by now, or should I still have some hope?

I have read stories of people not testing positive until a week after period is due etc, but not sure if this is with less sensitive tests!

Thank you ☺️

I think it's unlikely that you'll get a BFP if you aren't getting one at 16DPO.

Have you got external things going on that could be causing you stress? Or maybe you've changed up your diet or started/come off a medication? It seems most likely that you're running late this month.

I was regular for about months after coming off contraception and then one cycle (cycle 3 of trying) was 8 days overdue! Obviously was a negative, and AF arrived. Cycle has been less regular (but still within normal range) since - still not sure what happened. Wasn’t travel or illness related, no big changes in exercise/weight, no medication changes, so must have been stress related. At the time I didn’t feel stressed at all , looking back I was more stressed then than I am now, but still wouldn’t say massively stressed then either! Sometimes our bodies are just weird. Keep an eye on it, and if your next few cycles continue to be irregular go to your GP x

I was always quite regular, between 29 and 31 days but over last few years I've been over a week late, and had negative tests. It was always due to a stressful time or feeling under the weather. if you tracked ovulation, I'd say it's unlikely if you're getting nothing at 16 dpo.

i am in exactly the same position and am driving myself mad. To begin with, I was trying not to get my hopes up by testing too early so was thinking of being a few days late as being a good thing!

Multiple negative tests and over a week later and I’m just wondering wtf is going on…! I can’t think of any particular stress or changes that would have affected me like this… now wanting my period just to move on and be reassured that it will come back / we can try again.
