Fertility testing

Hey

i I am currently awaiting an appt at my local hosp after being referred for hopefully fertility treatment after being unable to conceive.
I have had blood work and an ultrasound as they thought I had pcos but that was normal. Does anyone know if blocked tubes can be detected on a normal ultrasound without the dye test? I’m still going to try naturally but just curious if this would be picked up without the dye.

thank you

As far as I know they struggle to see fallopian tubes on ultrasound. I think (might be wrong) they can sometimes see hydrosalpinx on ultrasound but I might be wrong.

I know they couldn't see my ectopic on ultrasound - 6.5 weeks pregnant at the time.
