LH surge (peak) and then back down to high the next day

Hey all
if you get an LH surge let’s say morning of CD12 (peak) and then you retest same time next day CD13 get just a ‘high’ reading would you have already ovulated and there be no point to DTD again to conceive

I always dtd the two days after my peak to make sure as well the day of peak

Graphs usually show that you ovulate after peak, when LH is on its way back down again.

LH surge releases the egg within next day or two so it's definitely worth DTD as much as you ca/want. Good luck!
