Hello all,
First time TTC and have been using the Oura ring over a year now with NC to track my cycles with LH testing and temps. This is the first month I’ve had a CD past 28 and my temp so high at 11dpo. I’ve tested the past 3 days and all BFN, but I for sure feel funny (cramps, stomach achy all week, waking up all times of the night, gassy!!!) strangely too, I’m not as witchy as I would be pre-AF lol. Also upon manual internal checks the last few days, I do have some very light spotting inside, but nothing to wipe off at all.
The app said I was expected to start AF a few days ago so is this just a longer cycle or…? Is it because my last cycle was shorter? Any insights would be appreciated!
