I gave birth at 29 weeks 6 months ago but my twins passed away. Since then my ovulation has been day 20/21 whereas it was 16 or 17. Is there anything I can do to bring it back. I'm taking proceive and omega 3 each day.

I'm so sorry about your twins I remember your posts

Has your cycled lengthened? So if you are ovulating later is your cycle longer?

I had many miscarriages and ectopics and my cycles took a bit of time to get back on track each time

After my first ectopic I did some private ovulation tracking to give me some peace of mind about my cycle and that what I was seeing on the tests was actually what my body was doing - it wasn't cheap but it was worth it for the peace of mind it gave me x

Cycle hasn't really changed its just going from 31 days one month to 35 another. I'm thinking because I gave birth its just taking time to settle? I keep comparing it to my mc before my boys but it's not the same is it? My body gave birth so it's probably just trying to regulate. But I suppose it's only been 6 months and not a normal 6 months.

Sorry about your losses. It's so tough
