I have PCOS & Hashimoto's. I started Levothyroxine (finally) about 3 months ago now and my period has come bang on 37 days each month. I know this is still a long cycle, but for the first time in about 4/5 years I can actually predict with accuracy when my period is going to start! I also have ovulation discharge too... which i forgot existed tbh!
My question is - how quickly did people conceive once their cycles regulated? Despite TTC for years this weirdly feels like the first month we have actually stood a chance at being successful, but I'm trying not to get too excited!
