Cycle advice

So I've been quite active on here this month as my head has been all over the shot after a CP last months and then a lot of over analysing but I was just wanting some cycle advice
So it appears that according to my temperature tracking I ovulated on CD 19. I have a 28 day cycle and am like clockwork
This month I'm now 2 days late but technically only 10dpo, i tested this morning but got a BFN

But I'm thinking as my ovulation date was later I could still be in the running this month? Or am I being daft and my AF is late due to my CP last month?
So 8dpo i had what i can describe as period cramps but it never arrived and today 10dpo I've had some funny stitch like feelings. I don't normally get cramping before AF just during so just put that down to CP last month, but if I ovulated later could that have been implantation and I'm just not testing positive yet due to not being far enough along? Or am I deluded 🙈

Not great with understanding cycles as I've always been clockwork so never needed to consider it so looking for some advice :)

My cycles are around 32-34 days and I ovulate 19 or 20 so it could be the case your cycle is longer and you are still in with a chance. What's your normal luteal phase?

I normally ovulate CD 14-16
I dont track ovulation with tests just temp and CM
I've assumed this month was later due to the CP last month

Im currently in your situation - CD28 and 8DPO. I got my peak CD19, ovulated CD20.

On Average my Luteal Phase is around 11-12days so I think my period would be later than expected this month (clue says it’s due 05/01 which would be 10days).

Please can I ask what the outcome was for you? It’s too early for me to test.
