Do these tests look positive?

No, they don’t look positive to me, sorry.
Did you test midstream and flood/splash the tests? The CB is too yellow so seems soaked (or is it old when the photo was taken?) and the line is too thin & grey. the other one has banded dye bleed.

Retest with fmu and dip it if you did midstream. To me both look evaps, 1st is too thin typical clearblue evap and the second one looks like a dye run and dye runs infact do give false reading, that happened to me on an opk and the line was very dark but after a repet test in same urine the test came back negative.
