Currently 13 days post IUI and I’ve done this test. It’s so faint but I feel like there’s something there but have read a lot about evaporation lines and so I’m doubting myself.

That’s positive, congratulations 🎉

marzipanlover81 · 01/05/2024 08:38

i genuinely can’t see a thing

Devilsmommy · 01/05/2024 08:39

I can see it too. Congratulations 🎉

Kittenhugger · 01/05/2024 08:50

Thanks all. I am still 50/50. It’s not as clear on this photo as in real life. Unsure if this is clearer?

I see something, but it looks a bit too grey. Those tests are awful for indents though.
Re test in a couple of days 🤞🏻

Apollo365 · 01/05/2024 12:05

I just played around with the contrast/exposure.
If you test in a few more days it should be much darker.

Did you have a trigger ? If so did you test that out

smooshraspberry · 01/05/2024 12:19

Why do people like you say that when there is clearly something there? Genuine question. Is it because you take pleasure in making someone feel rubbish?

Kittenhugger · 01/05/2024 12:25

Thanks all. I do really appreciate the support and questions.

No, no trigger shot this month as my ovulation sped up at the end. I also tested 2 days ago and there was nothing there which is why I was surprised to see something today

I think In that case then it is a positive! 😊

Agree

PaperSheet · 01/05/2024 12:51

I can see something. But does it have colour in real life? It looks a bit grey. FRERs have been having some really bad indents. This was mine. I was having fertility treatment and had a blood test the same day which was negative so it definitely wasn't a chemical or anything. Just a terrible terrible indent.

I see a line.Id say that's a positive

ElleBelleLou · 01/05/2024 12:58

That looks like an early positive I had OP, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Kittenhugger · 01/05/2024 13:08

Thanks everyone! There’s a slight pink tinge in person but I don’t want to get my hopes up after 2 years of nothing. So I’ll try my best to keep calm and test again tomorrow

OP posts:
seven201 · 01/05/2024 13:08

Is it grey or does it have a bit of pink in it? Was it taken within the 3 mins (or whatever time it says). I did years of ivf and very occasionally did get indents with first response. But... if there's a bit of pink to the line in real life (my photos always looked a bit grey) then I'd say positive. Fingers crossed for you.

ThelastRolo20 · 01/05/2024 13:08

@Kittenhugger I've had a first response look like that before and it was a positive. I've never had an escape with them 🥰 best of luck!

@smooshraspberry

I couldn't see anything either on the OP's first photo. I just wasn't brave enough to say so.

But it's not about making people feel shit, it's about not getting their hopes up.

that is a very odd response to my post

the op asked if i saw anything
i don’t
the fact I don’t doesn’t mean she isn’t pregnant
but you’d prefer that either i blow smoke up her ass re what i can see?

and you don’t even bother to answer the question

Apollo365 · 04/05/2024 08:47

How is it going OP? Did you re-test? Hope you get the result you wanted x

Objectiontime · 05/05/2024 00:06

I think its positive. I had the worst indent I had ever seen on an RFER last month but it was a very clear straight grey line whereas yours is more hazy and pinky. Good luck x

pinkdays · 05/05/2024 10:53

Any update Op?

Kittenhugger · 06/05/2024 11:52

So I had a blood test last Thursday and my HCG was 9 so pretty low. I’ve had another blood test this morning but they’ve managed my expectations that it’s likely be a chemical unless it goes up significantly

Oh never mind. Took me three years to conceive. No underlying issues just one of those things.

Wishing you every luck.
