Hi all. Would appreciate any insight/positivity 🙂.
My cycles are usually around 31 days. This month I ovulated on CD18 (confirmed with opks) so I'm on CD33 today and 16dpo. Should've had my period today but there's no sign of it coming (I usually get pink discharge 1-2b days prior). Had a negative pregnancy today at around 6pm... Noticed that my urine was diluted... Would this and the fact that it was an evening test cause a false negative? Should I test again tomorrow morning if I don't get my period overnight?
I managed to conceive straight away using Opks in January but it sadly ended in an ecoptic pregnancy. I'm lucky to still have both my tubes but I'm wondering whether this has altered my chances of conceiving?
