No period but no clear result either and freaking out...
I took a One Step test on Thurs at 11 DPO because I'm impatient :) It's not really that early for me though as I have a short luteal phase and was expecting my period (although recently LP has stretched out a tiny bit to 12 days). Looked completely negative, stark white to me so thought period was coming.
Later that afternoon, I had intense stomach pains, nothing like usual period pains. It stopped me in my tracks and literally made me cry out - I was out in the park with my son and had to come home. Lasted a little while then never came back and I wondering if this was "late" implantation?! I have had no bleeding.
If I did ovulate on the day I think, today would put me at 14 DPO and still no period or even hint of one - I usually spot before my period and nothing. In fact, noticed more mucus.
Did another test with the One Step with FMU this morning and I think I can possibly see a faint line but so worried this could be a chemical :(
I guess if my hunch about implantation could possibly be correct, it's going to take longer to get a positive test? Should I try another brand? I have a Clear Blue stashed somewhere but been reading they're not the best and a FRER(?) might be better?
Thanks for reading, this was cycle #12 for us and I'm 39 so it's very very wanted.
