Ovulation test as pregnancy test. Thoughts?

I read another post where an OP took an ovulation test instead of a pregnancy test and got a positive result. After some online reading it looks as though this is quite common!

Has anyone else had success with this way of testing?

I used it just to see. The line was as dark as the control line. Whenever all my pregnancy tests were faint lines, I think they are a lot more sensitive but can be misleading as a lot of people get LH surges before Af but no harm if your doing it alongside a pregnancy test just to see.
