LH surge confusion

Hi All,

was wondering if anyone had experienced this, can help or give me some peace of mind.

I’ve been trying to conceive for over two years. I’ve had two chemical pregnancies and an ectopic. My cycles before the first pregnancy was 32 days but since then it’s been extended and ovulating late.

So I was prescribed letrozole. At first I was on 5mg and was ovulating on day 15/16 but no luck. this month my dosage was increased to 7.5mg. I’m now on day 17 and I can’t even tell if I’ve ovulated. Usually my peaks go up to 1.8 (above 1.6 on Premom) and it’s consistently peaking for atleast a day. But this time it’s so up and down that I can’t tell. I’m suppose to take progesterone the day after I ovulate but I’m not sure if I should. Has anyone experienced this or any advice?

I’ve attached my premom app for this month so far and also the last month peak (1.77) to show the difference.

Sorry to say OP but you're taking way too many tests. It's looking up and down because you've taken 7 tests a day and there's no way they'll all have been at the same level of urine concentration. The amount of peak doesn't matter, just that you have had a peak. Also Premom app isn't an exact science so a slight variation in their numbers means nothing.

Agree with previous poster, you take way too many test stick to one or maybe two per day.
