Hi Ladies (and maybe gents),

I am officially past ovulation in that TWW and I am looking for all your tips and tricks to help implantation. It would be super useful to see what everyone has been told.

I don't care if they are just old wives' tales from your grandmother's grandmother or straight from your OBGYN 😁

This can be anything from wearing socks to acupuncture to pineapple core. I will just be interesting to see and maybe try a few to pass the time. I thought about taking up gardening but this seems more fun.

Anyone else in their TWW feel free to have a go but of course, if anything feels unsure ask your doctor. Safety first and last!

Honestly, I'd take up gardening. Implantation will happen if it happens. Focus on enjoying your life and interests, don't split your life into these periods of waiting.

@Peonies12 Thanks for the advise, this is honestly just a bit of fun the moment it feels stressful you'll find me in the seed aisle of B&M 😂😂

There is nothing you can do to aid implantation.

And if you're not pregnant, there's nothing to implant anyway.

@Anonxo following! I am 1 or 2 dpo today so right at the start of tww.

I have a report due in next week which will keep me busy but trying to keep my stress down.

Planning to keep up my water intake and vitamins. Eat more veggies and fruits. Keep my feet as warm as possible. No heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. Lots of sleep (or trying to anyways).

that’s all I am going to actively try but hopefully more people can add some suggestions to this thread too.

here’s to hoping for both of us! ✨

my TWW was over Christmas so I drank a glass of red wine each day and put my feet up and actually got pregnant , compared to the months that I was busy and drinking pomegranate juice and eating pineapple core!
I must say I did notice my tww symptoms were stronger (pregnant or not pregnant) when I started taking vitamin c. I had heard this helps progesterone levels. I got pregnant after taking this for 2 months so who’s to say it is the reason but no harm in trying!
