Implantation bleeding or ovulation symptom?

Hello all,

goodmorning.

I’ve gone toilet today in the morning and when I wiped down there the tissue I saw light pink blood.

I took a picture and video of the tissue and then threw it in the toilet. I got another sheet of tissue and wiped again and focused directly on the hole & saw the same light pink blood again.

I had my period three weeks ago from 27th - 31st March and from the end of my period until now these are the following symptoms I’ve had and when they’ve started:

• abdominal pain and backache : started on the 8th April
• constipation hasn’t stopped (it’s been constant up until now , I can eat one small meal that’s healthy and still need to be on the toilet after every meal). Discharge has been bright white, thick but not clumpy or sticky and smell is normal: started April 10th
• backache, fatigue - (been sleeping non stop , any chance I get to lie down I will for the past two weeks) & abdominal pain. I also had very watery white discharge it literally slid down my leg after the shower as if I was leaking without control : started on the 11th april
• Cramps have been bad and pain was on lower right side of stomach for around 5 whole minutes: started on the 13th april and ended the same day no cramps since then
• Sore nipples, tender breasts have been on and off pain started 15th April and lasted all of that week
• The spotting : started today (and it’s apparently my 2nd day of ovulation according to Flo tracker)

now the last time I had unprotected sex with my partner was 4th and 5th April and he did ejaculate inside me both times.

from research, you only get ovulation symptoms up to five days before ovulation starts.
My ovulation started yesterday, on the 21st April, so symptoms should’ve started around the 15th/16th april. However as I’ve mentioned from my log - I’ve had all of these symptoms since 2 weeks ago.

I also haven’t had this ‘cervical mucus discharge / egg white discharge’ that is mentioned by doctors as part of ovulation symptom .
My discharge has been milk white and slightly thicker texture for the past two weeks

ive scheduled an appointment with my Gp for next week Monday on the 29th as I want to be sure.

any idea if this a sign of implantation ? as I’ve never ever felt my body have this many symptoms at once. All I usually have is bloating & discharge.

any advice tips will be appreciated xx

I must add, I never have experienced ovulation bleeding as my symptom of ovulation.

The only time I see red is around the anus etc. when you’re straining doing a number 2 😂
but never in my vaginal area . This is the first time which is what brought me to confusion and worry

Oh and my cycle is 40 days. It’s very very long. I get my period every 40 days so that just doesn’t help at all when it comes to symptoms.. but these are all new symptoms and my period isn’t due for another 2 weeks and 4 days so it’s not period symptoms .

I don’t know even know if I’m ovulating right now because I don’t have a high sex drive or cervical egg white mucus .. my cycle is so long and on the NHS website it states I may not ovulate regularly

but you can still get pregnant even outside of ovulation aslong as it’s not during your period
