Anyone else get evaps on easy at home tests?

Has anyone else experienced evaps on easy at home tests? I will attach the tests and know they are negative but finding these tests unreliable now as they are showing shadows. Really got my hopes up and then I've read things about these tests being notorious for evaps. I'm 10dpo for reference.

I am also 10dpo and this morning I took an easy at home and swore I could see a faint line within the time frame and burst into tears of joy…..took a second test and a clear blue from the same urine sample for them both to be completely negative. I’ll attach a pic of my one which must of just been an evap too but was there quick!
I had a mc at 6 weeks in September and I tested positive at 12dpo with such faint lines which looked the same as my test today 😭

Ive never had evaps on easy at home within the time frames but after a while I’ve seen definite evaps.

@Elisabeth3468 I see the shadow line on yours, was it there in the time frame? Fingers crossed for you that it the start of your bfp 🤞🏼x

@LittleLemonPie oh gosh it's awful isn't it!! I thought I was imagining things to begin with but then read a few posts about how these tests can show evaps if you get a dodgy batch?
I did one this morning and it was stark white and then this afternoons was the evap/shadow. I had an early miscarriage too back in October and it's soul destroying. Been trying a while now x

@LittleLemonPie so it was a bit out the time frame, I read it after about 10 mins as I'd left it on bathroom side and got called to do something so come back to it

@Elisabeth3468 it is soul destroying, it’s so hard. We’ve been try for years, we are on our second last cycle of medicated cycles before we move onto ivf.

So sorry to hear about your loss, it’s heartbreaking. I really hope it’s the start of something but I know guarding your heart is so important.

I’ve been googling to see post about bfp after 10dpo so we’re not totally out u til af comes. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 x

@LittleLemonPie there's always hope! And never give up. We had our little boy from IVF and he's now 2. We are very blessed and I thought it wouldn't be hard if we couldn't conceive another but it is a lot harder than I imagined. I've got period pains now 😫 never a good sign lol xxx

I've had some pretty terrible evaps from Easy@Home tests the worst ones attached.

I don't know if it means anything as when I get them I usually get tests over 2-3 days in a row of evaps but each time they get fainter or AF comes. Each time line comes up after timeframe.

However for you 10 mins is literally the ends of the timeframe so I reckon it's a positive :)

@Confusedddddddd wow yeah they are bad evaps! The second one looks very similar to my test so I'm pretty certain it's an evap. Not due on my period for another 5 days anyway so time will tell. I'm not taking any more tests because seems pointless if they aren't very reliable! I'll just wait for my period to arrive

@LittleLemonPie So hard isn't it 😫. I'm due on properly tomorrow and pretty sure I'll come on as I don't feel the slightest bit pregnant at all. Didn't take any more tests and couldn't bare to be analysing faint lines and I've been away on holiday all week.
Wish I could stop thinking about ttc. It drives me insane.

@Elisabeth3468 aww I know 😞 it really is. I took few more test as I wanted a wee drink to drown my sorrows (I don’t normally drink) just needed a wee something.
You never know but it’s hard to stay positive. Fingers crossed we all get our bfp really soon 🤞🏼xx

I just wanted to update the thread incase anyone comes across this. I tested again at 11dpo and it was negative but my period never came so I tested again and got a BFP. So maybe that test was picking up some HCG very early on. Or could've been an evap ill never know x
