Coping during TWW?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently 4 dpo and finding this cycle nore so than any others difficult. I recently had a polyp removed in March and then had a Hycosy done this cycle (day 9) which showed some blockage in my tube, however the consultant was able to clear this out and my tubes are now open and clear. So this means I've kind of got my heart set on getting pregnant this cycle as I feel like that may have been the issue.

Any ideas on how to cope with this wait? It's driving me crazy and all I want is for it to be atleast 9 dpo so I can test 🥲😫

Probably not very helpful but derp breaths and remember your not alone. There are a lot of us on here in the same position. Some might say try techniques like mindfulness or yoga to relax but personally I dont find much works. The symptom spotting is useless because of the progesterone causing similar symptoms in both conception and non conception cycles so the shoe thing is a bit of a nightmare. I'm currently about half way through the TWW and cramping badly. Could be something to do with implantation but, knowing the way my body works, it is much more likely to be AF.
