I'm considering the powder form, from 2 brands (see photos attached) :

1. 'Health Leads' brand
2. Infolic alpha

Health leads instruct to take with food, but infolic alpha instruct to take on empty stomach

Wondering why theres a difference, if it's the same product, just under different brand? 🤔
