Looking for some advice, I had a CP last month am I likely to have ovulate early this month?
I was unable to wear my watch and track my temp the last 2 nights due to night and when I tracked last night my temp has come in at an all time high this morning. I've also had a lot of shooting pains in my lower abdomen behind my pubic bone, I assumed I hadn't ovulate this month but is there a chance I already have? Or that it's still to come? My temp just seems so high to then drop pre ovulation
