Light period/flow - advice

Hi all, I need a bit of advice really, I am 10 DPO today and was due on AF Tuesday. Tuesday I had brown blood so thought all was normal and period was on its way, Wednesday still light, brown/red blood and then today blood is still there when I wipe etc but its still pretty light? (there are bits of lining etc so not completely clear either) but not my usual flow if that makes sense? Slightly concerned, I took a FRER test yesterday morning, all negative.
For context I've lost a stone recently (on a calorie deficit, am I still a little overweight so not slim) but wondering if this is the reason for the change of flow?
Or could this be implantation bleeding? I've read it doesn't last as long as 3 days, but the colour/consistency adds up.

Any help or experience with this would be amazing! thanks so much x

I never had implantation bleeding, but if it was, you might still get positive test in a few days. If you were due AF at 8 dpo (Tuesday), that is a very short luteal phase ('normal' is getting AF at 14 dpo) ? If that's normal for you, I'd look into whether you could get prescribed progesterone to take after ovulation.

@BuffyMac I’m in a sort of similar situation- I’ve been spotting very lightly since CD21, now on CD32, I was due my period 2/4 days ago (I usually have a 12 day LP, but my app is only classing me as 2 days late as that would make a 14 day LP) and have received BFN yesterday when I tested. I’m not particularly stressed, I’m not over weight and I’ve been off birth control for over a year… never had anything like it before!

My sister (currently 19 weeks pregnant with a healthy babe) had what she thought was a very light period for about a week, she tested the day before and a couple of days after and both BFN. It wasn’t until weeks later that she felt sick in the car and took a test than evening that she got her BFP. I’ve read that some women do have implantation bleeding for a longer period of time and that they bleed lightly in the first trimester which is why some pregnancies go undetected for a while! Not to give you false hope but see how it goes!! Good luck

I still think it sounds like implantation bleeding. The timing is also likely. I think wait a couple of days.
