COQ10

So after 3 chemical pregnancies since Dec (last one was last month), I am pregnant again. Tested positive this morning but have 6 days till AF due. Knew something was happening as I have bad nausea, pains, feeling hot randomly, boob pain etc.

I only started taking COQ10 after my last chemical pregnancy last month. Do I stop taking it now or continue it? I do feel like its probably going to be another chemical but not sure when ypu are supposed to stop the COQ10.

You're meant to stop taking it in pregnancy.

Although a low dose is apparently okay

I have no advice on this but wanted to send a hug, having had 2 CP since December I have a vague idea how hard this is but try to be positive you may well have a sticky one this time! Sending lots of love

Thanks so much. I really hope you get your good news soon 🤞

I try to remain positive but each time it happens, I think surely it can't happen again right?...but then it does...cannot believe it has happened 3 times. I mean it's quite rare to have so many according to the stats but looking on mumsnet it seems common.

@Rose38 i hope you don’t mind me asking, which Coq10 are you taking and how much? I’ve had two miscarriages and just starting to research into supplements and feeling a little lost.

@Nic2908 This one https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-coenzyme-q-10-capsules-200mg-6100299129
There are cheaper ones on Amazon but I don't fully trust those ones..don't know they are safe.
