Good morning,
My partner and I are getting married in July and we both have agreed that we would like to start a family as soon as possible afterwards. As we are Christian we won't be dtd until our wedding day.
I have PCOS and i want to know is there anything that I can do in the months leading up to make my body as healthy as possible.
I have just started taking a pre-conception multivitamin, and i am trying to lose some weight, is there anything any of you would recommend

You only need to take folic acid and Vit D, it’s much better to get nutrients from your diet than supplements. Cut down on caffeine and alcohol if you do drink, and focus on lots of healthy whole foods. But there is a limited amount you can do - so much of it is chance and luck: it’s normal to take a year so don’t start getting disappointed if it doesn’t happen immediately, especially if you have PCOS. Just enjoy being newly married!
