I am 36 and we have been trying to conceive since November when I had the copper coil removed. I have always been very regular periods always three days and 25 day cycles without fail. In the last three months, I have been a day late every month, however no pregnancy has happened and the period has dropped down to 2 days a month, has anybody had anything similar? Definitely still ovulating on the right day every month.
But now worried about early menopause.
Just looking for some friendly advice or chat while waiting to speak to GP/nurse. 🤔

Hiya. The coil can cause heavier / longer periods so could it be they a lighter after having it removed? My periods are only 2-3 days and it does worry me at times but I don’t have any symptoms so try not to worry myself about menopause. I’ve also managed to conceive twice although sadly not full term so in my experience it hasn’t stopped conception
