2nd baby, new partner and FTC- anyone in same boat or some stories??

Have 5 year old DD- conceived in 3 months with previous partner. Am now remarried to a gorgeous lovely man and want a child with him- but after 9 months its not happening!!!! Its soooo frustrating!!!! He accepts DD 100% and is such a good dad and I just want us to have a baby that is OURS I find that the whole situation of feelings and emotions towards DD, DH and ex is very complex and very few people seem to understand. Am so concious of the age gap and worried about DH wanting to be a dad and thinking that my DD isnt enough (know this isnt true but still worry!!)

Just wondered if anyone had experienced this, is experiencing it or has stories to tell??

Try not to worry too much about how long it's taking you to concieve. My husband and i have 2 DSs and both were concieved on the first month. We're trying for our third and it's been 7 months now and no luck so far!

I know it feels like you've been trying forever (or it does for me!)

If you are really worried you should go and see your doctor just for a chat and a bit of advice. Good luck.
