Supplement help please! My ovulation has been pretty regular but I consistently have spotting 9/10dpo and AF 11dpo so a shortish luteal phase. I’m having acupuncture and reflexology and taking some supplements but want to check I’m not missing anything!
I’m taking Ubiquinol, NAC, DHA, D3/K2, B12, Folic Acid, B6/gut health, Vitamin C/Zinc.
I have Hashimotos Hypothyroidism and take Levothyroxine so I avoid the pregnancy multivitamins as I shouldn’t take iodine. I had my magnesium tested and it was fine so I don’t take a supplement.
I am worried about messing up my cycles with too many vitamins or taking them at the wrong times. Any advice?
