So got my bfp yesterday. Tested again this morning and line a lot more noticeable I am only 11/12 dpo. Got pregnant in jan/feb which ended up in a chemical at 5weeks. Had a regular period/cycle in march and currently pregnant again (very early days) question is from peoples experiences (I know everyone’s different just to put my mind as ease a little) are people more than likely to have a chemical again or a healthy pregnancy after ?

Look good but I'm in the same boat as you I've just posted mine. Get a pink dye test too to check that's what I am doing today good luck xx

When I had a Miscarriage last year, I was told that it doesn't make me any more likely to have another one. I'm now 15 weeks.

I’m sorry you’ve had a CP 😔. I had 2 early losses/CPs in a row both at 6 weeks then the following cycle got pregnant again with my sticky baby (now 7 months old). Usually CPs happen because the pregnancy isn’t viable. Cps are very very common unfortunately 😔. Definitely doesn’t mean you won’t get your rainbow baby, I don’t think my second CP had anything to do with my first CP, they just happen a lot to a lot of people.

@Nbaby I was told every 4th woman has a miscarriage and it’s unlikely to repeat.

Aw thank you all for your replies. Hopefully this one sticks 🤞

@Rosesanddaisies1 aw hopefully and congratulations
@allgoodthings84 thanks for your reply glad everything worked out for you. Hoping this one sticks I had one cycle between cp and current pregnancy. Since cp I’ve ovulated 4 days earlier both times and longer lp so at least that’s something

Congratulations OP! There isn’t necessarily anything that says you are more or less likely to have another chemical after having one, lots of people go on to conceive almost straight after a chemical pregnancy! If you do have another/repeated ones then it is most likely to be a progesterone issue and so once that is dealt with there are no further issues. Fingers crossed this is a sticky baby for you! X

allgoodthings84 · 10/04/2024 16:07

I think that line looks good for not an early test and before AF due 😊. Fingers crossed for your sticky baby
