@1989ergal I would assume evaps if they're out of the time frame, cb are notorious for them. 6/7dpo is a tad early to test positive. I'd wait until 9/10 dpo as a minimum before testing again.

Quick question. Once hopefully soon when we do have our first baby he/she will definitely sleep in our room for a bit, but in our new house we will have our bedroom on the first floor and kid’s rooms on the second floor. I’ve been kinda skeptical if it’s okay to leave a baby overnight on a whole another floor alone. We will have a baby monitor in there and a baby gate at the stairs.

I can't see it being a problem. If you have a monitor it isn't going to take you a long time to get to them and you've already shown you would do what's necessary to keep it safe so I don't see a problem personally. I also think it could be helpful because there's less chance of disturbing them. Once I finally got my daughter in her own room if she heard me in my bedroom at night it was game over so I was trying to act like a ninja.

Af was due yesterday and nothing yesterday or today, negative test, what a rollercoaster of feelings 😂

first time posting but thought I’d join you ladies I’m 6 dpo and trying not to go insane. I have a 2 year old daughter currently and TTC cycle 4.

currently I’ve had some niggling sensations the last day or so and what feels like round ligament pain and cramping. Trying not to get my hopes up but the box of IC arrived and are staring at me. I promised myself I wouldn’t be a POAS addict this time but I’m desperate to know.. last time I got a BFP at 10dpo with a 28-30 day cycle (I ovulate normally cd16-18).

It's sooooo hard!! I'm 7dpo and tested the last two days even though I didn't expect to see anything..... Crazy yes but I figured it wasnt hurting anyone 😂😂

I had evaps today and yest on the boots tests, I always found them so reliable! My one step ones are negative, today was my official test date and I'm out! Feeling so sad for myself and angry at my body 🙈

Hi! Same thing happened to me too, thin blue lines on 2 of these, I did some research & some women had tests like these and were pregnant but a lot weren't and they were evaps

So pretty sure I'll get my peak today !! Due to when I usually get my peak and it's been rising and lots of EWCM. Honestly the timing isn't great because partner is away for one night tomorrow for work which means we have to skip the actual day of ovulation .
So annoying how It's fell but nothing I can do!
How is everyone else?

@Elisabeth3468 the two days before ovulation are actually better than ovulation day itself so don’t be too disheartened. This is because (most) sperm live up to two days, whereas the egg only lives for about half a day.

Some sperm live up to 5 days but apparently this is very unlikely, and it’s more for people who are trying NOT to get pregnant.

@TheLilacWriter i am 5dpo today and just feel so meh about everything. No babies yet, this is 4th cycle TTC for number 1. So trying not to panic too much but easier said than done! At least should have a answer this time next week.

AF was due for me yesterday but hasn't shown up yet - all I've had are BFNs along with the usual pms symptoms so suspect it will show up soon. Just want to be able to move on to the next cycle, hate this limbo 😓

@CoolSummer89 Okay thank you ! That's good to know. I just like to cover the day of ovulation as partner has a known low sperm count so his sperm probably don't stick around for long lol. But what will be will be.
I've just booked us a holiday abroad for next year anyway to have something special to look forward to if we haven't conceived by then!

@CoolSummer89 i feel the meh very much these last few days.. my chart is looking weird for temps which is causing me a little worry. I’m getting cramps, and just feel generally tired and like I’m getting a cold also, which is no fun..
Very thankful I work from home today so I can stay in comfy clothes.

@TheLilacWriter it is very tempting, but much too early to be reading in to symptoms. However the reason why we get colds at this point in our cycle is to lower our immune system and allow for implantation, so all in all it's just a sign that your cycle is working as it should be. Hi all! Congratulations to everyone with their BFP! I've been trying to stay off mn as I tend to start going abit delulu in the tww watching everyone getting BFP etc. apparently it's not mumsnet, I'm the problem 😂. I did a test last night at 8dpo, obviously bfn. Don't know why I wasted my money! It's just hard working with pregnant women/newborn babies every day and it's not happening easily for us this time round!

I started charting this month which has definitely helped distract me, although I have no clue if it's looking good or not! If there's any chart gurus on here could you let me know what you think?

I’ve been lurking on this thread and the last one for some time. I don’t normally post on these things but I’m currently 9dpo and got a vfl on a boots early test yesterday. I couldn’t believe it so I tried again on an frer and got a faint line there too. Both were straight away and with some colour. Not sure I’m going to fully allow myself to believe it yet until it’s stronger but eeeek! Want to do a test again today but what tests do people recommend for this early? TIA!

@Bluemilan ive been charting but in no way a guru but here’s mine if you’re curious! I have lupus so my temps tend to be a degree higher I’ve noticed then most so I’d just look at the trend and not the numbers.

Oh that is a shame @Daniki ! Sorry your feeling down about it.

Also feeling a bit meh about the whole thing, really not to sure when I've ovulated, I think there might even be a chance that it's today, a week after the app date... Got some EWCM, I think? I just don't know anymore! Definitely going to start on the opk testing for next time because it's too much of a guessing game and quite a lot of getting down to business when there's a two week window of opportunity 😂

I hate not tracking because I hate that feeling of did I or did I not ovulate 😂 the EWCM is a good sign, I always hop on it when it's around 😂😂
