Does your ovulation change post partum

I had twins 5 months ago they didn't survive. Ever since then my ovulation is later by about 5 days. My cycle is mostly regular but I'm worried as to why my ovulation has been delayed by this. I usually ovulated around cycle day 15/16, it's now bang on 20 every month. My luteal phase has also gone from 11 days to 10.

Hope you’re doing ok lovely. I still think about you so sending love.

To answer your question, I never tracked ovulation so can’t answer that specific question but my cycles definitely changed post partum. They went from 31-33 days before pregnancy to exactly 29 days after. Others I know who had irregular cycles started having regular ones too. So it is feasible that your ovulation dates have now changed.

Yes mine did after dd1, went to day 21/22 instead of day 13 which it was before
with b6 and agnus castus I got it to go down to day 17 and conceived shortly after that

so sorry for your loss

Im so sorry for your loss.

Mine did after a long winded missed miscarriage (and then surgery for it). I actually conceived though on the longer cycle too. Ovulation was on cd19, I conceived three months later when I ovulated on cd24 instead.

That was a successful pregnancy. I’m 12 months post partum but I didn’t track my ovulation after and then started the mini pill.

So sorry about your twins. For me my periods completely changed yes - went from totally irregular, heavy, etc to light and perfect 28 days so pregnancy definitely changed mine
