TTC after ectopic possibilities

Just that really .. it is really possible to conceive after an ectopic pregnancy? I had surgery in June 2022 and lost my left tube and it's been BFN ever since then. I just feel broken with every month that passes and losing hope .

Yeah it definitely can happen! We had our ectopic and I lost my right tube, we've since been lucky enough to have our DS and DD since.

7 months for DS, unfortunately after that the next 2 were unexplained mc. Is there likely to be any other factors?

@NutcrackerSweety it's unexplained. OH was advised to take supplements which he started last August. Then we both also started Proceive Max which costs a little fortune and no luck. We do have a DD was is 3 years old and are forever grateful for her but really hoped we'd have a sibling for her by now.
