Cramps before bfp or af coming.

Probably a silly question but have many of you who had bfp's still had the usual cramps before the bfp's? I was pregnant last year unfortunately lost my twin boys at 29 weeks and we've since started trying again and I can't remember if I had the usual lower back cramps before a bfp.

All I know is in the last 4 months of trying I always get lower back pain around 6/7dpo and low and behold af arrives a few days later.

I know af pain mimics pregnancy symptoms but anytime the cramps start, it's just deflates me.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had pulling cramps and that heaviness feeling of your period coming before I got a positive pregnancy test. I really thought my period was on its way.

Sorry for your loss. Weirdly the cycles I got BFP, I have zero cramps. When I usually get them for a week or two before!

@Rosesanddaisies1 @peonyjam thanks for your replies. Its so varied isn't it. It's hard to stay positive

@Ella31 Im so sorry to hear of your boys.
I'm currently pregnant with my 5th pregnancy in 18months (no living children) and before each of my bfp I've always had quite sharp back pain at 6/7 dpo not sure if this was implantation or not.
I've just had a look back through my flo app and back pain was also something I documented on months when my period arrived 🤯🤷‍♀️
Sorry not very helpful but goes to show the symptoms before probably don't mean much and don't mean your out this month.

Thanks @Amyb87 I wish I had documented my symptoms before my boys. I just can't remember.
