Quick background, I have been trying for over a year got pregnant second cycle which ended in a MMC at 8 weeks 2 days, which was medically managed. Then pregnant again just before Christmas except I had had a full blown period the 2 days prior and only tested to check cheapie tests that were giving me what I thought were evaps weren't a bad batch. Managed to see a sac at 6 weeks and was given progesterone but pregnancy never progressed, came off of progesterone and miscarried everything naturally on 19th January. Since then I have not had a bleed of any kind, partner and I decided to look into IVF and had initial scans at the clinic beginning of February where a 7cm cyst was discovered on my left ovary, after further investigation and weeks of waiting this came down in size to 3.5cm but still no period. Was put on 3 weeks of the pill to bring on a withdrawal bleed, the last pill I took for this was Sunday just gone and I have still not bled, starting to feel mental! Have scoured mumsnet and all the forums to see if anyone has had anything similar but nothing seems to fit, obviously all pregnancy tests are negative and I'm desperate to crack on and get pregnant since it feels like the odds are stacked against us with 2 miscarriages under our belt, would really appreciate hearing from anyone with anything similar! For further background I'm 32 my partner is 33, sperm analysis showed normal for him and I have normal ranges for everything that I've been tested for, last scan the doctor did ask if I had PCOS as I had so many follicles on the right ovary (I think they said 18 and 24 in total) but I don't meet the BMI criteria, and have no other symptoms of PCOS (facial hair, hormonal issues etc)
