Can you get a false positive on a digital?

I feel like this is a silly question because that's the whole point but.. can't believe it.

I thought I ovulated on 18th march but didn't test so could be out. Been feeling "off" and sore boobs constantly since 23rd march. I have longer and slightly irregular cycles so expected period around 2 days ago, didn't show so took a test - nothing. Still no period and feeling weird so took a digital this morning and it came up pregnant. Is this definitely right? Do I need to test again?

Digital Tests are fairly reliable in my experience so I’d say you’re pregnant! With my first pregnancy I was a few days late before I got my first positive test.

Congratulations!
I found the clear blue weeks detector ones were also fairly spot on for me. I was shocked that it came up with 2-3 weeks already when it took days to get a positive test.

I only found night nurse gave me a false positive, otherwise they've been right!
