No period still… but pregnancy signs and symptoms

Still late on my period after coming off northistrone at a high dose. This has been about a week and a half. Me and my partner have had unprotected sex 3-4 times since I stopped the pill. I have got nausea, bigger boobs, needing to pee more, thick white vaginal discharge, lack of hunger. Am I pregnant… can’t do a test til tonight at the earliest

Early pregnancy symptoms are very similar to period symptoms, so hard to tell! Don't do tests at night though - first morning urine has the highest concentration of the hormone it tests for.
