Hiya! Just wondering if anyone could help with my bbt chart! Started temping this month and not sure if the rise is showing that I've ovulated? Just seems like such a big temp change suddenly. Thanks in advance!

As long as the next 2-3 temps don't drop below the cover line you can usually say that you have confirmed ovulation.

Yes, I'd say you've ovulated in the last 12 hours. If the temps remain high, that's a great sign.

Hey, wondering if anyone can assist me with my BBT chart also please! My periods aren’t regular but I ovulated around round 23, my temperate has started to stop slightly, could this still be a BFP or is AF on route?
