Long cycles

Hello I’m after some advice/ reassurance if anyone has been through the same.
I gave birth to my son 3 years ago. Before having him my periods were very regular- 28days every month without fail, and we got pregnant our first month of trying. I breastfed him until he was 2, and my periods returned when he was 10 months old. However, my cycles have become quite long- 35-40 days. I initially thought it was due to breastfeeding but I haven’t fed my son for over a year now.
I just wondered if anyone had experienced this & if they successfully conceived with such long cycles? We are desperate for another baby, we have only been trying for a few months, but I’m so worried that there is something wrong as my cycles are so long now.
if anyone has any tips/ advice I’d very much appreciate it.
many thanks ☺️

Zinc can help with this

Apparently accupuncture is very good to regulate cycles. Have you visited your gp for bloods just to see if you are low anywhere
