Has anyone had any hertility/Randox health tests who would be able to help with my results?

Ive just done the female hormone test on Randox health, all results came back as normal range apart from the two below:

Progesterone 1.77 nmol/l
prolactin 686 mIU/l

I did the test on cd3.

should I be going to the doctors with these results?

TTC month 11 with no success.

Any help is appreciated!

Your prolactin is high, I would mention this to the dr if you haven't already been.

Progesterone is fine for cd3, it needs to be tested 7 days after ovulation instead

@riverlodge90 thank you for commenting that’s reassuring about the progesterone, I’ll retest after peak OPK.

I haven’t been to see a dr yet about fertility but I will try this month and then go as that will be 12 months TTC so hopefully they should start to do some tests

@Roseberry22 that isn't a hugely high prolactin level but definitely worth doing to docs about. Mine was that level and it didn't stop me conceiving. I did have a scan to check it wasn't a prolactinoma... ultimately doc said it could be stress, but also does rise with things like playing with your boobs!

Best of luck for the future. The TTC rollercoaster is tough at times!

@Roseberry22 no problem at all!
The progesterone blood test needs to be completed on a precise day, which is 7 days before your next period. Or 7 DPO. Sometimes called a "day 21 bloods" but that's only if you ovulate on cd14

Hope it goes well for you 🤞🏼
