I haven’t started using OPKs yet as not TTC until next month. I also only started BBT a few months ago and I know there’s data missing but is it possible to tell whether I’ve ovulated from my last 3 cycles?

also what's the best supplements to take? I’ve heard coq 10 but that it can also mess up your cycle??
